Work location: Arlington, VA; Washington, D.C. and other CONUS locations.
Job Description: Provides human capital support to facilitate the Federal staffing process. Assists Federal staff with identifying appropriate position descriptions for new recruitment actions, assists with Job analysis, assists with the development position descriptions, assists with identifying required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, classifies positions and ensures new position descriptions include appropriate data and information in accordance with applicable guidelines and practices. Provides general and administrative support to the staffing process.
Education and Experience:
Level II, Intermediate: Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years’ experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Level III, Senior: Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years’ experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Level IV, Principal Lead: Master’s Degree and 10 years’ experience, or equivalent education and experience.
